Complete List of Koch Products to Boycott

Following is a list outlining Koch products that should be boycotted.  A detailed blog concerning the justification for this boycott is forthcoming. If you find that this list is incomplete or unclear, feel free to post a comment.

    I thought I heard that Sargento cheese was Koch owned, but don't know for sure or how to find out.

      Dunno if they are or not, but I still boycott them - super unsanitary factories... The workers wear "wife-beater" style tank tops and put their arms clear up to their armpits into the mix - and yes that pit comes out covered in cheese... I'm really not into eating sometimes armpit hair or germs...ewww!

    Anonymous - I have researched this and Sargento is not own by Koch. However,they are big supporters of Scott Walker and are therefore also being boycotted.

      paper products boycotts in stores is NOT ENOUGH... telephone hardware stores & building supplies stores ACE, LOWES, HOME DEPOT, MENARDS WAL-MART TARGET SEARS any store that does supply sheet rock, wall board, studs & so many other Kock Bros products to contractors & home do it yourselfers, all Limboss sorts of radio thugs, cash only workers who are the wife beaters & child support dead beats.... get these scum off radio, off shelves & out of contractor warehouses so that GREEN BUILDING PRODUCTS & GREEN PAPER PRODUCTS ARE purchased www.hireLarryFireBobby.com 843-926-1750 @VoteLarryDis114

    Phew I had no idea they owned so much. A lot of the construction stuff is hard for workers to boycott as they are the only game in town in some parts.

      Kwik Trip Stores are based in La Crosse, WI partially founded/funded by D.B.Reinhart[died] of [Reinhart Foods], Gary Nudd,& John Hansen. Hansen was a West Salem dairy farmer in early years & went on to own an IGA Store there also partially funded by DB. Hansen left KT & went on to start Ethonal Plants in WI. I believe ownership of KT now remains in Gary Nudds hands. Like I said, They're ALL 'REPUBS' & loaded with MONEY Connections to the 'tilt'. They love Tommy Thompson, too, origianlly from small town in SW Wisconsin called Elroy. Trivia Stuff from Wisconsin Tonight~

      Contrary to the post by Anonomous, Gary Nudd does not own Kwik Trip nor does he have anything to do with company. It is owned by the Don Zietlow family.

    As Anonymous says..hard to build. I live in a modular home. It was abandoned when we moved in..and had been kind of trashed. We really have not started to remodel yet, but looking things most of this house is GA pacific..well a better reason to gut and rehab I cannot think of!
    Now for that budget.....

    We have to Boycott a lot more than this. A few things are impossible. However, just doing without for the next 10 years seems almost do-able. ie. one pair of shoes versus 10 crappy pair. Keep spreading the word to anyone who will lissten.

    Great contribution! Capitalists need us to consume. How about a well-advertized focus on their most widely sold items, eg household paper products and Lycra. After all, thanks to the tanked economy, building is down anyway.

    I'd suggest Angel, Brawny, Dixie, Quilted Northern and Lycra. As an easy to remember short list of popular everyday items.

    Koch chain...? I was just shopping for some log chain & accessories, and saw that all of it was "Koch chain". Made in China, no less. Didn't buy any.

    so, basically, stick to natural fibers and you're all set, except for maybe the toilet paper. Actually, I might consider starting to buy this toilet paper, because I am not averse to using a Koch product for that purpose....

    Chris Lines here. It's a pain to have to use my Google profile. I'll post as anonymous. Anyway. I think I read somewhere that Conoco Phillips is Koch owned. We don't have CP here in MD but they are all over the South and lower Mid-West. I also read that Chevron uses the Koch refineries to process their oil into gasoline. I also think I read or saw that Hillshire Farms is a Koch co.

    What do you mean by "wood fiberboard"? They can not possibly own all the companies that make wood fiberboard. Same thing for "thin MDF" - why just thin, and what do you mean (1/4", 1/2", 5/8", etc.) MDF (or medium density fiberboard) must be made by more than one company as well. Also, Densglass is used ubiquitously in building and would be unrealistic to boycott, unless you think you can get big time builders on board. Actually, looking at this post, that really would be the only way to affect them - persaude big time developers and builders to boycott the products. Any bets on the likelihood of the Koch's being buddies with ALL of them???

    Unfortunately, the Koch Brothers are also paying for a lot of medical research, art museums, and shows like PBS. We have more to boycott than just building products and toilet paper.

    A friend had an idea of creating go-to lists of local/regional alternatives to help people see more easily how they can stop using these products and be part of a more effective solution. The more we can go alternative; locally owned/grown/made, unprocessed, sustainable... we stop feeding the corporate beast and make them smaller.

    It is my understanding that Johnsonville sausages are a Koch product. I hope someone finds out that this is wrong, because we haven't had any good bratwursts since Scott Walker took office.

    I thought Dacron was DuPont's polyester fiber. Does Koch own a large stake in DuPont?
